Upon joining Thames Valley Police you automatically have been created a Moodle account, and details containing your log in credentials would have been emailed to you. In the unlikely event you did not receive this information, please contact the E-learning/Online Learning team.
User Name = your shoulder number (lowercase)
Your password must be:
- at least 9 characters long.
- have at least 1 digit.
- have at least 1 lower case letter.
- have at least 1 upper case letter.
- not have more than 3 of consecutive identical characters.

Suspended Moodle accounts
Non-TVP users that have not accessed their Moodle account within the last 12 months will need to contact the TVP e-learning team requesting it be re-activated.
